Friendly staff and tutors. We like their approach and find they are all genuine, supportive and want what is in the best interest for the students. Staff are understanding, accommodating and helpful. Good customer service and quick response times make for a smooth, positive and pleasant experience overall. Glad we found this place, thank you.

My daughters( year 4 and year 9) started tutoring with phoenix education early this year and they have improved a lot. The small class style suits their needs and teaching content is flexible for their level. Tutors are very patient, especially with young kids. Very grateful to have phoenix education to help them with academic goals. Sherry

Highly recommend to any parents- staff at Phoenix Education Burwood are great communicators with parents and students. Their skilled tutors support students to enhance their academic performance and overall confidence. Our son’s grades have greatly improved since commencing tutoring this year.

My year 4 child has been attending since Term 1 and really likes the 1:1 tutoring and more recently did a holiday program and was so happy with Daniel’s way of teaching. She has progressed so much since starting at the centre. We always appreciate the kindness and tailored approach given to our child.
Thank you 😊 …

We’ve had a great experience with Phoenix tutoring. Andy and team have built a very supportive learning environment and are committed to helping you achieve your academic goals. The lessons are in small groups. Teachers provide regular feedback and tailor the pace of the class as needed. Homework is thoroughly checked and marked. The team is always up for discussing any challenges and suggesting the best way forward. Highly recommend.

We’ve had good experiences with both of our children here, using a mixture of one on one and class based tutoring. Jason has proven flexible on times and has been able to arrange tutoring at short notice, when required.
Having tried a few other tutoring companies, I’m very happy, as are my kids, with Phoenix.
Would definitely recommend.

Andy, the director is a dedicated and passionate educator. Tutors are experienced in teaching and always happy to give a feedback after each lesson. The centre provides a small group-based lessons, so a tutor can provide tailored lesson and feedback to the each student during the class.
My son has improved his attitude towards his study journey. Thanks to Andy & the team!

Quan is an excellent tutor who has helped me improve my Maths, English and Writing skills. He has also helped me with my assignments, speeches and interviews for private school high school entry. I highly recommend Quan as a tutor as he is also easy to talk, funny and knowledgeable at the same time.

An excellent learning centre for students to grow and feel motivated. a truly positive learning environment. Very friendly and attentive staff. High recommend

Both my kids attend, and their maths has improved remarkably. My son even won an award for improved maths at school! I highly recommend this place for any child needing extra support. Big thanks to Diya and Sally for helping my boys reach their potential!

My kids have been attending their tutoring programs, and the improvement in both their confidence and academic performance has been remarkable. Highly recommend Phoenix Education to any parents looking for quality tutoring support.
